1. Sponsor

2. Each round is a separate sweepstakes

Every round is an independent promotion with its own entry period, its own single prize and its own winner. Tickets, entries and eligibility do not carry over between rounds, and prizes across rounds are not aggregated, combined or pooled.

3. Eligibility

Open to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Sponsor and of any entity involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

4. How to enter — free

Submit a valid email address on win.watchmywin.com during the entry period and confirm it by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Confirmation is required: an unconfirmed email address does not take part in the draw. One (1) entry per person and per email address per round.

5. Tickets

Each entry is represented by one or more numbered tickets. Ticket numbers are issued sequentially at the moment they are earned and are never reassigned or renumbered. The draw selects a ticket number, not an email address. Tickets are earned as follows:

• Confirmed entry: 1 ticket
• Each friend who joins through your personal link and confirms their email: +5 tickets, up to a maximum of 50 referral tickets per person per round
• Adding your Instagram handle: +2 tickets (once per round)
• Completing the two optional profile questions: +5 tickets (once per round)
• First visit to each featured link on your status page: +5 tickets (once per link per round)
• Creating a free account with a featured partner through the links on this site: +20 tickets (once per partner per person; credited when the partner confirms the registration, which can take up to 48 hours; registrations confirmed after entries close are not credited)

All ticket-earning actions are free — creating a partner account requires no purchase or deposit. Referral tickets are credited only once the referred person has confirmed their email address. Referring yourself, or using addresses you control, does not earn tickets. Partner registrations must comply with the partner’s own terms (21+, new accounts only); duplicate or fraudulent accounts do not earn tickets.

6. Fair play and disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any entry and void the associated tickets where there is reasonable evidence of automated entry, disposable or throwaway email addresses, multiple accounts controlled by one person, or any other attempt to manipulate the draw. Sponsor may verify a winner's identity and eligibility before awarding a prize.

7. Winner selection

After the entry period closes, all valid ticket numbers of confirmed, non-disqualified entries are submitted to the RANDOM.ORG Third-Party Draw Service, which selects the winning number and creates a permanent public record that the Sponsor cannot modify or delete. That record is published, so any participant can verify the result against their own ticket numbers.

8. Winner notification and claim period

The winner is notified at the email address used to enter and has seven (7) days from the date the notification is sent to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that period, is ineligible, or cannot be verified, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn from the remaining tickets using the same procedure.

9. Prize and delivery

The prize is one $250 Amazon.com e-gift card, delivered electronically to the winner's confirmed email address. The gift card is redeemable on Amazon.com (United States) and is subject to Amazon's own gift card terms; Amazon is not a sponsor of, and is in no way affiliated with, this promotion. The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative is offered except where required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

10. Publicity and privacy of entrants

Results are published as the winning ticket number. Sponsor does not publish full email addresses at any time. Where the winner has provided an Instagram handle and consents, the winner may additionally be identified by that handle or by first name and last initial. Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to this limited publication where legally permitted.

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes arising from the prize, and for any reporting obligations that apply to them.

12. Data protection

Your email address is processed to administer the giveaway and, based on your confirmation, to send the weekly newsletter. Optional information you choose to provide (Instagram handle, profile answers) is used to contact a winner and to make the newsletter relevant. Technical values such as IP address are stored only as an irreversible hash, for abuse prevention. You can unsubscribe from every email with one click, and you can request deletion of your data at any time by replying to any of our emails. We do not sell personal data.

13. Limitation of liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable entries or notifications, for technical failures of any kind, or for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend a round and to award the prize among the eligible tickets received up to that point.

14. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform. Entrants release those platforms from all liability in connection with this promotion.

15. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws applicable at the Sponsor's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection law in the entrant's jurisdiction.

16. Winners list

The winning ticket number of each completed round, together with the link to the corresponding RANDOM.ORG record, is published on this page and on our channels. A written request for the winners list can be sent by replying to any email from us.
